Hokkaido Sights & Sounds

A couple of months ago, the LP Films team took a trip out to Hokkaido, Japan. The country’s north-most island was the original home of the indigenous Ainu people, who settled there long before written history. Today, it is perhaps best known for it’s rolling pastures of lavender, winter sports and native Sapporo beer.

We have traveled the world looking for new an exciting stories to tell and ways to tell them, but sometimes a landscape speaks for itself. Our recollections of the journey are captured by DoP Andrej Iliev in Hokkaido, Sights & Sounds. Stick on some headphones and kick back for a meditative journey…from crystals lakes to seismic mountains, and roads which stretch from horizon to horizon.
