The Killing Game is a new Chinese language short film, produced in Shanghai by LostPensivos Films (Finding Bunny Girl, High Spirits) and directed by award winning filmmaker Andrej Iliev (Shanghai Story).
Max is a world-class assassin: smart, sexy and ruthless.
When he is hired to kill a local Triad Boss,
it appears to be a normal mission…
but is everything what it seems?
We are seeking Chinese-speaking actors, preferably of Chinese or East Asian ethnicity for supporting roles. Previous experience is welcomed but not essential.
Max – Nic Xu, a highly talented newcomer. With previous experience in TV commercials, Nic is currently the main star of the popular comedy webseries Midnight Bites.
Kitty – Emilie Ohana. Originally from France, Emilie is known for her roles in the international hit Paris, I Love You (2006) its sequal New York, I Love You (2009). She has previously collaborated with Andrej Iliev on Shanghai Story.
Boss – Li Yangpeng. After graduating from Shanghai Music Conservatory major in Performing Art, Li Yangpeng appeared in comedy theatre play High Spirits.

Male
Age: 25-50
Provides Max with weapons. A businessman but a slob, he wears a bathrobe in the middle of the day.
2. Junkie
Male
Age: 25-35
An informant who provides Max with information. Scrawny from drug dependence and living on the street. Streetwise.
3. Bodyguard 1
Male
Age: 25-35
The intelligent half of the Boss’ bodyguard duo. Tall, stoic and very stocky/muscled.
4. Bodyguard 2
Male
Age: 25-35
Less intelligent than his partner. Shorter and stocky/muscled.
5. Production Manager
Male/ Female
Age: 25-35
Overworked but enthusiastic production manager, responsible for overseeing chaos. Energetic, outgoing personality.
